Work underway for White Rose Extension

HVAC production units by Alscott

Factory floors in Dartmouth, N.S. and Marystown, N.L. are very busy as fabrication teams build out hazardous area HVAC units for the oil drilling platform known as White Rose Extension Project.

Husky Energy expects the project will cost $2.2 billion to first oil and create about 250 permanent platform jobs once operational.

Alscott is proud to have been chosen to be part of this exciting project.

The successful launch of Project Resolve

Alscott congratulates Davie Shipbuilding on the exceptional the work converting the European built container ship into a Naval fleet auxiliary ship.

Alscott Air Systems had the pleasure of working with Davie Shipbuilding, installing the duct work in the auxiliary oiler replenishment vessel.

Alscott Wins Mad Dog 2 HVAC Contract

British Petroleum’s Mad Dog 2 project is the second phase in the Mad Dog oil field development in the Gulf of Mexico. The second phase will produce up to 140,000 barrels of crude oil per day from up to 14 production wells.

The first Mad Dog oil field began production in 2005. Production on Mad Dog 2 is scheduled to begin in 2021.
